Pastor Ben has been with World Gospel Church since October of 2020. Since childhood, Pastor Ben has felt God’s calling to full-time, vocational ministry in the local church. God has given him a passion for pointing people to the good news of a life-giving relationship with Jesus Christ. He pursued equipping through Bible college and seminary and graduated with his Master of Divinity in Biblical Communication from Phoenix Seminary. Pastor Ben served as Minister of Youth and Outreach at his church in the Houston, TX metro area and then as Pastor of Community Life at Grace Church EFCA in Mesa, AZ prior to moving to Indiana. The call to follow Jesus and make disciples who make disciples is a theme the Lord has drawn Ben to over and over again throughout his walk with Jesus and ministry experience. This ministry flows from experiencing the biblical truth that God has revealed himself to be known, loved, enjoyed, worshipped, and served and that fullness of life is found in God's presence. Ben and his wife, Angela, have been married since 2005 and have one boy, Blythe, and three girls, Katelyn, Anna, and Sophia. Pastor Ben enjoys hiking, reading, and playing the piano, and together Pastor Ben and Angela enjoy the outdoors and spending time with their children.
